1. Client visits the site and submits a request at office@mceditors.com. Please describe in your email what exactly you need and when (you may add further jobs until the case file is open).
  2. We confirm receipt and provide a quote/invoice over a secure link.
  3. If you accept the quote, please pay the upfront fee (50%)
  4. Upload the manuscript (in MsWord.doc or .docx format), and all related documentsō¸°‚ to our web site. We start working when we receive proof of payment.
  5. Editors receive and complete their assignments and send the completed materials to the Chief Editor, who checks the quality of the work and interacts with clients.
  6. Upon request, we may discuss comments and suggestions with our clients using Skype, Gotomeeting, or equivalent web conference software.
  7. When the case is closed, the second payment has to be made in 7 days.
